I moved into Meridian at Cherry Creek in November, and I’ve had an amazing experience so far. From day one, Esmeralda made the move-in process incredibly smooth — she was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was handled perfectly. After moving in, I had a few minor issues that needed attention, and the team took care of them right away. The responsiveness and service here have truly impressed me. Now that I’ve lived here for about a month, I can honestly say I’m extremely happy with my decision. The staff, the service, and the overall living experience have been fantastic. Fantastic Improvements Under New Management! New management has made a world of difference! The staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the property looks cleaner and more organized than ever, and communication has greatly improved.

My home was inspected and the people who did it where very respectful to my items even though I was not home. He even tried to fix my door that has issues closing.

Kathy is very welcoming and always has a smile on her face! She helped me with everything I needed and even asked if there was anything else she could do to help. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and positive attitude!

I really like the new staff! They're all very friendly and the office feels welcoming. The property is looking much better and cleaner I can really see all the positive changes.

Hello I just moved in 2 months ago and let me say this was the best decision I ever made,, The Staff is wonderful they make you feel comfortable and is willing to go above and beyond to help you...
