Robert the came in fixed my fan and fixed my clogged up sink and uncloged my bathtub he did an out standing Job hope to have him again for future work oders is fast and funny and kind Great Job Cedar run the property is getting better for sure 💯

My mother has lived here for over 20 years - maintenance come and go. One of the new comers, Robert, is excellent. He is decisive, smart, patient and efficient. When he’s finished with tasks, he asks if there’s anything else. I’m happy he is insightful. He does a great job! I know he’s new, but he works hard, and I think that’s what counts. He knew our faucet needed to be replaced, and communicates fully so we are aware. He finishes in a timely manner, and he is kind.

Robert came in after hours at10:08 and saved me had my bathroom clogged up for 2days and he said he got me and came and fixed my toilet real quick now I can happily use my throien aka my toilet thank you cedar run an amazing maintenance team.
